Sure-- it was another one of those series Keith Giffen did at the time where he was intentionally obtuse, alienating the vast majority of the readership. I pre-ordered most of the series expecting "Ambush Bug," so more fool me. At least it was drawn in the same style, before he got into the squiggly "Trencher" thing. It was another play on the Spider-Man paradigm, where a depressing sad sack (short-order cook?) became a mocking super-hero in the Bugs Bunny vein. Great costume design, too. He last popped up in a JLA special written by Patton Oswalt.
I liked The Heckler a lot, but then I'm a big Keith Giffen fan so I'm somewhat biased. Shame it only lasted 6 issues. Maybe it would have worked better as a mini-series. The issue featuring the Generic Man, #2 I think, is a personal favourite.
