I have to say, "Dagon the Avenger" looks like a pretty tough character. I should pick that issue up some day and see what its all about.

DC house ads--still working, twenty-nine years later!

Judging by how many ads they ran for it, DC had high hopes for the Plastic Man/Starman combo in Adventure Comics....which lasted less than a year.

That Legion book was an all-reprint title, though DC thought it best to leave that off the ad...
