If only Aparo had drawn any one of those character's books... except Deadman. That guy got more than his share of good artists. Barry and Hal needed the boost more.
As he proved issues after issue in The Brave and the Bold, there was no one that didn't look cool as drawn by Jim Aparo.

(Though I honestly didn't think that incarnation of the book was that great...)

Yeah, Aparo on any of those strips would have been golden, but that pretty much goes without saying.
